It is a good idea to get into the habit of applying sunscreen each time to leave the house so that you can avoid the excessive exposure to the sun and reduce your risk of developing skin cancer at the same time. It’s never too late to start using sunscreen, even if you are in your 60s and already have a few age spots present.

There are plenty of reasons why you should stop smoking, and skincare is just another one to add to the list. If you are a smoker, you may have noticed that you have more wrinkles that others your age who don’t smoke.

Your skin has many nutritional needs, you should always try to stick to a healthy diet plan that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables. And as we mentioned earlier, drinking plenty of water can help keep your skin hydrated and prevent it from drying out as often.
